Comment: Very educational, fun, interesting . . . However, I find that I'm not reading this book as I would a novel . . . I'm reading it more as a reference book! I have jumped all over the chapters to see how olives can make a difference in my life in whatever areas interest me at the time. I never would have dreamed that olive oil could be such a part of one's life -- other than enjoying the flavor of it in foods! Wow! Was I ever wrong.
