Summary: Great for linen and cotton sewing
Comment: Fine Machine Sewing turned out to be a lovely book. I expected it to cover a wider range of fabrics and finishings, but it realy only covers linen and cotton. If that is what you are looking for, it is hand's down a great book for finishing lightweight clothing. It revealed the mysteries of twin needle stiching, and points out many ways to put realy nice finishes on delicate items. There are lots of close up photos to guide you along.
