Can your mixer make pasta? If it's a KitchenAid Stand Mixer it can. All you need is the KPRA pasta adapter for it. The Pasta Roller and Cutter attachment for KitchenAid Stand Mixers quickly and easily makes a variety of fresh, high-quality pasta. Utilizing an adjustable knob that changes the distance between its rollers, the pasta roller attachment rolls dough into sheets of desired thickness for homemade egg noodles, ravioli, lasagna, and other types of pasta. The sheets of pasta may then be cut using either the fettuccini or linguini / spaghetti cutter attachment to create various widths of pasta.

Customer Rating: Summary: pasta perfection Comment: For many years I relied on my tried and true hand-crank pasta machine. Didn't need any new-fangled gadgets. Well, I listened to a friend rave about the KitchenAid attachment, noticed the dust on my hand-crank machine, and decided to give it a try. Armed with my never-fail Marcella Hazan pasta recipe I made a lot of fettucine in a very short time. I especially appreciated the fact that you have two hands to work the dough with, since you don't have to crank. A real winner.
Customer Rating: Summary: Pasta Roller Comment: Used the KitchenAid pasta roller for a new mixer I bought and loved it.
I also bought the pasta maker that grinds meat as well, i found that the roller set works much better. The rollers don't heat up as the extruder does, and the extruder seems to make the mixer motor hot.
Customer Rating: Summary: LOVE IT Comment: If you love being in the kitchen, love cooking, and love your KitchenAid, these rollers you will also love. It was fun making my own pasta and it tasted sooo much better than store bought. You can't screw it up, either. Easy to use, easy to clean, a no-brainer. Sure, you can buy a bag of pasta for a buck, but spending the money on these is worth it if you love cooking and doing this stuff and also appreciate home made foods with no ingredients you cannot pronounce!
Customer Rating: Summary: do what they should Comment: These rollers perform exactly as they should. no issues. we use them about once a week. they do require some TLC, but that's expected with things that have flour mixed in with mechanics.
Customer Rating: Summary: Awesome Pasta! Comment: This pasta maker works so well. I had never made pasta before and even the first batch came out perfect. I use semolina flour and used the recipe on the package. I really like having both hands free and not having to crank. I can't imagine trying to handle the dough and having to crank at the same time. This set of a roller and two cutter is very versatile. I can make lasagna noodles and fettucini from thick to thin and spaghetti (regular all the way down to really small). Great product!
