Summary: Pure Bliss
Comment: I am a yoga teacher and a fellow teacher played this toward the end of class. Had to buy a copy for myself. I have used it in my own class and I get a lot of very positive feedback from my students. I also play it when I meditate. AHHHHHh!

Comment: do not listen to this while driving. It even says that on the disk. I bought this to help me relax, and it puts me to sleep within minutes, every time. I love this CD.
