Summary: Great for Your Hands
Comment: I have been hooked on using this since a friend of mine had one. It keeps my arms elevated where it does not fatigue easy. The best part about this mouse pad is that it is antimicrobial. And the pad that the mouse sits on can be removed and cleaned with mild soap and water. This item accompanies my laptop everywhere it goes...it is just great.

Summary: It's a bit small
Comment: I just got this and I found the wrist pad to be a bit on the thick side, but I think I can get use to that. It is pretty comfortable. What bothers me most is the size of the mouse pad. It's about 6 inches by 6 inches. My hands aren't terribly big, but I do have long fingers and long, slender wrists. It seems that when I rest my wrist comfortably on the wrist pad, my mouse is positioned at the very top of the mouse pad, and I am always attempting to move it higher and I end up moving the mouse off the pad. If you have large hands this probably is not the mouse pad for you. If your hands are small, then it will probably be just fine.

Summary: Information about lead, and the lack thereof in this product
Comment: Just a brief little bit of information for those concerned like I was, this product does NOT contain lead in it like the "Belkin Wave Rest Gel Mouse Pad Silver (F8E262-SLV)."
The lack of lead is, obviously a good thing. Below is Fellowes' official reply when I inquired about it with them:
"Fellowes Gel Wrist Rest & Mouse Pads do not contain lead. We hope this information is helpful."

Summary: Serves the purpose
Comment: I work in my computer major portion of the day and I desparately needed a wrist rest to reduce my wrist pain and avoid anything like CTS or RSI. And this mouse rest and pad from fellowes works and helps solving the problem. The wrist rest is comfortable. The sapphire blue looks good too. The main problem is with the size, since this is too small. But if you remove the bottom pad (which is easily removable), you get the space you need as you can move the mouse pad and the wrist rest anyway you want it. Overall, this wrist pad serves the purpose.
