Customer Rating: Summary: Brought my knives back from the dead.... Comment: I took a knife skills class and they brought out this stone. I was blown away at the improvement to some really bad knives and I thought these would help my Wurstoff's. I was right. Really great product, very heavy and does what it's supposed to do and does it well. I'm sure I'll have it forever.
Take my advice and learn proper sharpening technique. The included diagram while correct, is very sparse.
