Customer Rating: Summary: Bush(R) Traditional Bookcase Comment: I would not buy anything from office depot because of the service of the third party delivery company that they use. It took 2 weeks to get my bookcase. They attempted once to deliver it, but they were unable to locate my house and never called me. After several calls, a delivery date was set. On delivery day, I received a call from the delivery guy asking me to meet him to pick up my package because he didn't have time to stop by my house. He did end up at my house but the box was ripped and the bookcase was damaged. Office depot did offer an exchange and were very nice about it, but I did not want to take a chance. They are refunding my money but I am out overpriced shipping & handling fees. Buy your stuff at office depot or somewhere that uses UPS!!!!
