Summary: Man Magnum Shoots Straight
Comment: Flicking through the first few pages, stopping every here and there, I very soon realized that this was not just another outdoor magazine. This was a real hunting magazine by real hunters for real hunters. Bow hunters, rifle hunters, handgun hunting, female hunters, you name it, they had it.Interesting articles, well written by experienced hunters and other trade folk. The general layout of the magazine is quite exceptional, in that it has combined both english and afrikaans(second national language of south africa) articles in such a way that it was appealling to both parties. Breathtaking photography and detailed descriptions flowed from one page to another, each one trying its best to out do the other. It's columns were filled with vital information, the kind that only years of dealing in the hunting and gun trade brings about being. I found that the best part of it was the smalls and "hunting opportunities" pages. Jam packed with saucy deals and best-kept-secret-hunting hide-outs.
No bull, straight shooting on the reviews pages and an honest to goodness feeling about the whole issue is the best way I can describe this magazine. A must for the descerning huntsman and woman, truly the best in its class.
