Summary: Used for years
Comment: I've used these cleaning cloths for about ten years, since picking up a couple while on vacation. They work superbly, removing smudges and fingerprints from lenses of all kinds. Easily washed and fully functional afterward, they last years. That's a good thing because I couldn't find them for years until I thought to query Amazon (yes, I'm dim).

Summary: Good but serious flaw!!
Comment: Read the back of the package - particles collect on this cloth and will scratch the surface!! Unfortunately this problem pretty much ruins the concept.
I learned the hard way - fresh out of the pack the wipes were great - I have been struggling to find something to clean my expensive eye-glasses, plus other lenses. I thought I finally found what I need...BUT...
After a couple days I used the cloth and it scratched up the surface with little "micro" scratches - like the surface was roughed with sandpaper. So my glasses are not sharp anymore. Ruined. Then I read the fine print in back - dust must collect on the cloth and then ruin everything.
Frankly, only disposable cloth makes sense because of this. PLEASE DON'T RUIN YOUR EXPENSIVE LENSES!!! Be CAREFUL with these. Sorry 3M - nice try - but need a disposable version.

Summary: Perfect Eyeglasses cleaning cloth
Comment: They are small, easy to use and do a fantastic job cleaning glasses.
The package can be open in such a way as to act as a protective holder for the cloth to keep it clean yet the entire thing fits in a shirt pocket without being lumpy.
These are extremely hard to find outside of Amazon.com.

Comment: An excellent product for cleaning your glasses or other lenses. They are small enough to carry around in your pocket. They lift off dirt, fingerprints, etc. I recommend washing your cloths weekly in hot water to keep them completely clean. The cloths will not scratch, but debris left in the cloth can scratch.

Comment: Forget the liquids and throw away lens tissues. This cloth works exceptionally well on my camera lenses. I highly recommend it, and am buying a couple more, for my car glove compartment for sunglasses and my computer screen.
