Comment: I really needed a good headset because I work with clients over the telephone. The clarity is great. My only problem is you must hold down the mute button, it would be better if it had an on/off switch. Other than that it's a good deal for the price.

Comment: I was a little skeptical based on the price. But no problems after 4 months of all day use. About a week ago I noticed that I was having a hard time hearing people talk. Then I realized the volume button was on the lowest setting! Great value and great price!!

Comment: I bought this headset becuase I wanted that the people listen me better and it was the opposite. I don't recomend it.
