Paul searched for two years to find the right producer to craft a preservative-and-additive-free of spreads and pestos bearing the A.G. Ferrari Foods name. His search ended in the vegetable gardens of a small producer in the herb-scented Ligurian hills above Genova.This all-natural pesto from coastal Liguria is made with a blend of sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, nuts and fresh herbs. Use as a topping for crostini, as a sauce for pasta, as a flavoring for fresh cheeses or as a poultry marinade.
