Comment: I have been using a Toshiba modem and a Netgear router for a couple years
and always had to do network cycles. This modem is the easyist and most efficiant unit there is. Very easy setup and much faster than what I had. Works great for 2 wireless laptops.

Comment: Bought this for Comcast internet service... works like a charm, after about one month, I have not had any issues and solid performance. It is easy to configure and it has all the features (and more) that I'd expect from a cable modem. I easily recommend this as a home network solution.

Comment: I purchased this product so I could take my laptop anywhere in the house and porch and use the internet. I do business on the internet and watch movies from Netflix. So far this product has performed well. The initial set up was fairly straight forward, as much as things can be with Charter cable internet, I was up and running in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend this product and have to friends.

Comment: This product is a good buy. The only issue I had was with the set up details to get onto the wireless internet. However, customer service walked me through that and I didn't have to wait on the phone for a long time to talk to someone. The guy was real helpful and fixed the problem immediatly. I have not had a problem yet with this unit. My internet is always on and secure. I highly reccomend this product to anyone. It has a wireless modem, router and firewall protection all packed into a very slim unit that can fit pretty much anywhere.
