While I think she cuts hair well, I also think she tries to sell you products you don't really need. I usually turn her down, but this time I thought I'd try something. Waste of money. I'm also using their shampoo (phytospecific - optimal hydration shampoo) as recommended by the sales person at Sephora and again seeing no results. During the winter, I have never been able to keep my hair sufficiently moisturized. It seems to go right along with my normal suffering from dry skin.
However, this has rescued my hair. Each year, I have substantial breakage. This year, I've been using the Ultra Nourishing Hair Mask and it has done wonders. I admit that I use more than the quarter sized amount recommended. I also leave it on longer and sometimes use a heating cap. In all cases, it has helped to keep my hair moisturized and greatly reduced the breakage. I am looking forward to actually making it through the winter while retaining hair growth.
