Summary: Good product/minor issues
Comment: My Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop 4000 has been a nice addition. So far, everything is working fairly well. The strength of the wireless keyboard and mouse are very good. Overall, I am very pleased.
2 minor issues are: 1) the spacebar easily gets stuck, 2) one of the rubber stoppers on the bottom of the keyboard was missing when I received the keyboard.

Comment: I have this mouse and keyboard and love it. Just bought one for a Christmas present. Received it today and the packaging was horrible. It was in the product box with only shrink wrap around it. No bubble wrap, padding, anything! The box is crushed in places but hopefully, the product will still work. I can't believe an electronic item was sent like this through the mail. The store it came from was AOnSale through Amazon. Just a heads up for those of you thinking of ordering from this store.

Comment: The keyboard and mouse are very comfortable and quiet. The scroller on this mouse is a little slower than that on my Microsoft Desktop 3000 mouse, but usable nonetheless.
Apparently, installing the drivers for the keyboard and mouse does interfere with the settings for your screensavers. That is annoying.
Still a good product and a nice upgrade from our wired keyboard and mouse.
