It is designed for swimmers looking for a strength training workout at a sustainable level of force. The Red Competition Zoomer fin has a stiffer blade that works well for swimmers with an efficient kick. It is used primarily by competitive swimmers.

Used them for snorkling and they worked well, much better than bare feet Its a different experience from diving fins [longer slower leg pump], closer to normal swiming with much added thrust [shorter normal leg flutter kick] note they sink like a rock in water
I would recommend them and buy them again
