This is a genuine Atlasnova Astronomy Grade II Green Laser Pointer, in All Satin Silver finish. You will find that this pointer will enable you to point out an area of interest even in daylight conditions at a long distance. On a dark night, the beam itself can be seen. This feature is very useful for those interested in astronomy. The output power and optical characteristics have been selected for superior performance when used for astronomy purposes. This is a CW (continuous wave) pointer. This unit has a small green LED placed just above the ON button to show when the pointer is radiating. 1 minute on to 1 minute off is the "rule of thumb" with this green laser pointer to avoid overheating and/or malfunctioning. Item is brand new and fully checked out before shipping. To make sure that you are buying a genuine Atlasnova green laser pointer, always insist on seeing the FDA sticker before purchasing any laser pointer.
