The National Flag of Canada, popularly known as the Maple Leaf and l'Unifoli?French for "the one-leaved"), is characterized by a stylized 11-pointed red maple leaf. Before this flag, Canada used variants of the British Red Ensign with the shield of Canada charged in the fly. In 1964 a committee was picked by Prime Minister Lester B. Pearson and of 3 choices the maple leaf design by George F.G. Stanley was chosen as the winner. The current flag was adopted in 1964 and made its first appearance on February 15, 1965, which is now celebrated annually as Flag Day.

Comment: I am French but I love Canada, so I decided to buy a flag of both countries. I trusted an American corporation located in Arizona (I don't remember its name) with the intermediary of Amazon.com, and I'm quite satisfied. Although it took some time to receive the items I purchased, but I'm living far away from Colorado! Their products are quite cheap and have a good quality!
Absolutely no regrets at all!

Comment: My flag has been hanging on my wall since i got got it months and month and months ago! I LOVE IT! And my friends know whose room they are in when they see that flag hanging there!
