Summary: Great for basics
Comment: Ball is great for training setters. Quality is very good and the ball is very effective for increasing strength to get your sets up. I recently jammed my thumb doing a one-hand set and had to tape it for a season. Once I took off the tape, my sets were way off (accuracy and lots of rotation). I pulled this ball out of my closet and used it for a couple sessions (15 min. each) and the doubles were no longer and as a result sets were back to regular accuracy.

Comment: The ball itself is very good quality. It just wasn't heavy enough for my daughter who's a high school and travel team player.
