Alan Kahn Is truly a master in teaching you how to use the speed bag to your ultimate potential. A speed bag can be used to improve shoulders and arms strenght endurance, among other things. When you learn how to use the speed bag correctly you will find you can work out longer with more enthusiasm. Sure anyone can hit the speed bag once, or twice, maybe even for two minutes, or so.
