Comment: This mat is simply the best point blank period.The surface is perfect for FPS gaming and general use.There is more than enough space to maneuver and not have to re-adjust the mouse.

Comment: I found that if you game, and have a good laser mouse... You need this pad. Yeah, its kind of big, but if you're like me, in the heat of battle the hand starts to get away from you a bit, you need this pad. I own a Razor Death Adder, and recently bought the Lachesis mouse as an upgrade. Bottom line up front? This pad is required for me to fully enjoy myself. The flimsy little mouse pads are fine for the office. This one is serious for what we enjoy... Taking out the digital bad guy.
