Summary: Now that I'm older, this helps the texture of my skin.
Comment: These little capsules must have something good in them. They are pricey, but they have helped with chapping and redness/roughness. I get at least four uses from each capsule, so that helps with the price. I should warn you, they smell quite badly (wet dog), but I mix it with my moisturizer and that helps. Four or five drops is all it takes.
