The AST offers Full Docking Station. Integrated monitor stand arranges monitor, computer and keyboard. Two expansion slots, PCI or ISA, allow Network Interface Card, high-performance graphics card, video capture card for multimedia or SCSI controller card. External half-height bay can be used for a tape backup drive, zip drive or other peripherals. Integrated power source does not draw off notebook's battery.
