Comment: This product seems to be of good quality [though I'm not an expert at all when it comes to knowing wood bokkens]. Shipping took a while, and only received one item when I ordered 2. I messaged them about this problem and they were very willing to fix it with no questions asked, sending me a second much faster than I received the first. I give them credit on being able to work to resolve any issues and providing a quality product.
