Comment: This case works really well.
For the price I was concerned about it maybe not being solid enough, but I've had it for a couple months now, and it seems to be holding together quite well. What's more, it was so affordable I went ahead and bought two at once in case I needed a backup.
Only people who take a lot of pics are likely to have ann issue with this case, and even they have the documented option of wearing the case without the top part. Great buy.

Summary: Mediocre Leather Case
Comment: I refuse to carry a cell phone without putting a case on it. Indeed, this particular case has probably helped cushion my LG VX8100 from a couple of accidental falls. I prefer this type of belt clip, and the case fits very snugly over my phone, the way it should. You couldn't ask for a better-looking leather case, but perhaps a more functional, durable one would be nice.
The first thing that bothered me was the design of the case where it fits around the phone's camera. When you take pictures with the phone closed, there aren't any problems. Flip it open to snap some shots though, and you'll find that there's a piece of this leather case right in the way of the camera lens. This isn't too much of a problem though, as I quickly learned how to hold the intruding material down with my forefinger while taking pictures. Other than this, the functionality and design of this case are fine, but I must take away one star for this flaw.
My only other complaint concerns the durability of the case. Indeed it is leather, and the leather would likely last a very long time. The leather is not a problem; however, the clear plastic is. After only 6 months of use, there is a small rip in the clear plastic covering the inside of the phone, near the miniSD slot. I know that as I continue to use the phone, eventually this rip will extend over the width of the phone, and I'll have to replace the case. I'm hoping that it lasts at least a few more months before I have to do that. I have to take off another star for this problem.
So that brings my overall rating to 3 stars. It's an alright case, but there are probably better out there. I'll start looking for them as soon as this one gives out and I need a new one.
