Summary: GARBAGE!!!!!
Comment: I bought this mouse about a week ago along with a Logitech DiNovo Edge keyboard for my desktop computer. The keyboard is excellent, but this mouse is a piece of junk. It's extremely unpredictable. One minute, its working great, the next its very choppy and inaccurate. I tried multiple fixes, including repositioning the bluetooth receiver closer to the mouse, reinstalling the mouse, hitting the "connect" button on the mouse several times, trying a black mousepad, etc, but nothing seemed to work. I bought this mouse specifically because the reviews on Amazon were so good. Usually, you wont go wrong if a product on here has tons of good reviews, but I got the shaft on this one. I'm returning this mouse and buying a Steelseries Ikari Laser instead.

Comment: My review is based on the 2 months of experience using this product.
Pro's:
1. The mouse works great and is accurate.
2. No wired clutter and easy to maneuver.
3. Battery lasts long time, haven't replaced even once so far.
4. Support call to Logitech is answered promptly with a US based call center even on weekends.
5. 5-year warranty, something unheard of in today's use-n-throw electronics world.
Con's:
1. The receiver's outer shell separated from the inner electronics after a month of frequent use (Logitech has agreed to replace this a new one).
2. The grip on the mouse could have been made more sweat resistant.
3. Mouse needs 2 AA batteries which makes it heavier than normal mice.
I would recommend this to anyone not removing/adding the receiver frequently from their laptop/PC. Otherwise look for a mouse with sturdier receiver.

Comment: I like this mouse. It worked right out of the box with no more than 3 minutes unpack and setup time. The receiver plugged right into my keyboard. Really like the fit--not too small or too large. Downloaded the software for the extra features, no problems. Great price...thanks, Amazon.

Comment: In my opinion, the key features of a mouse are precision, ease of use, and comfort. This mouse satisfies all three of these criteria as well as I could possibly expect.
Beyond this, the feature set is quite complete enough for most users (I'm not a gamer, so can't comment on that kind of usage). You ought to use the Logitech SetPoint software (download from logitech.com) to be able to use all the features and customize the mouse to your liking.
I am using this with Vista, having acquired it to replace a dead rollerball mouse. Since I already had SetPoint installed, all I had to do was to plug it in, and it picked up all my previous settings without trouble and began to work well.
I also like the power-saving feature (automatically goes to standby), and the power switch (useful if you're packing the mouse for travel, or if you're going away for a few days without the mouse).
I myself wouldn't use this mouse for travelling; for that I prefer a smaller Logitech mouse which allows the usb key to be inserted into the mouse. (See the V450 for example.)
