I spray it on damp hair and then using a round styling brush, I dry my hair. It gives body to my hair which lasts two or three days. I love this product. None of them would hold my fine, thin hair "up" for very long. This one holds all day. I am really amazed at how well it works. I have never used a products that lasts as long as this one. I have to be careful not to go nuts with it- too much leaves my roots a little greasy. But the right amount works wonders. I love this product.
