WindGuard and the scala-500 At a hair more than half an ounce, the sleek and stylish scala-500 is one of the smallest and lightest devices available, but it still offers up to nine hours of talk time. An integrated speaker booster provides substantially higher volume capacity than is common with other headsets. Plus, echo canceling technology alleviates those annoying voice feedback loops that are common with lesser headsets. An exchangeable ear-loop and eye/sunglasses attachment lets you place the headset where it's most convenient, while handy controls on the device allow you to voice dial, as well as to answer, mute, reject, and transfer calls. A charging cradle ships with the scala-500, offering fast recharging of the headset's internal battery. A carry sleeve is included as well, letting you carry the scala-500 on your belt or around your neck. And last but not least, the scala-500 is Bluetooth 1.2 compliant.

Summary: Save your money
Comment: I loved this little thing and it worked so well but only for a short time. I toss it in my purse after I use so I'm sure it's partly my fault. The ear piece came completely disconnected from the rest of it. I really didn't have it that long. What a dissappointment. It really works great and I LOVE the color and how light it is, but the ear thing needs to be more solid/sturdy.

Comment: Lots of accessories. The sound is a little muffled at high volumes, but when adjusted down properly it sounds pretty decent. Love the red color!

Comment: I was completely unhappy with this product. I am not sure where the patented noise reduction technology that is advertised was but my family could not hear me due to background noise on interstated drives. When I was not on the interstate they said I sounded like I was in a hole. I was told I could return it (still out the shipping to and from) but now I can't find the box.
I bought the new jawbone bluetooth that has gotten the highest Cnet rating ever and it is awesome. Spend the money the first time and get the best.

Summary: Looks good but have some problems
Comment: I bought this for my IPAQ 6515, and I am not really happy with it. People on the other end complain even more than when I use my Motorola H500. I didn't really notice the difference with a noise, like wind, or the general noise caused by a car on the highway. The volume adjuster unpredictable, you click it and it may increase your volume really good, but you click it one more time and it may decrease (I don't like surprises). But again my judgment based on connecting it with IPAQ 6515.
Overall this is okay product for the PRICE
