Comment: I have been wanting to replace my old portable cd player for various reasons to save money on blank cds and batteries so I ordered this mp3 player for me and my wife. I got it home popped a battery in it hooked it to my computer which recognized it instantly took a couple of songs and put it on it works perfectly. The only thing I would recommend is a better pair of ear buds the ones they send hurt your ears a little bit and aren't the best sound quality although it isn't bad.

Comment: Love this MP3. Purchased as a gift because my son has a similar model. My son is 8, the gift was purchased for a 13 year old birthday gift. They both love it, can use it themselves and don't need a computer or special cord to recharge it. It runs on a AAA battery.
