The VGP-PRBX1 really is the ultimate docking station for business. Its swappable bay concept brings extra flexibility: charge your spare battery and avoid having to remove the one in your notebook, slide your VGP-HDBX08 80 GB Hard Disk Drive in for extra storage or use your VGP-DRWBX1 DVD+R Double Layer / DVD?RW drive.

Comment: I must say that I'm not impressed with this docking station. It comes with NO documentation and is somewhat of a mystery how to operate it. It has no ON/OFF button, so you have no clue as to how to turn the machine on once it's docked. And the "power brick" as a tendency to pull the power plug out of it's jack, and you won't know it until your battery dies unexpectedly.
Still, it does provide extra USB ports and does recharge the battery when you can keep it powered up. I suppose it's not totally worthless. Were there an alternative I would gladly throw away this one despite the expense.
