Customer Rating: Summary: Stylish shirt! but go on a diet Comment: Love the shirt, it's extremely wrinkle free but it is fitted so I don't eat before I wear it. Customer Rating: Summary: Short changed on short sleeved pilot shirts !! Comment: Ordered 4 shirts and paid extra for expedited shipping. They only sent 1 shirt and we still ended up paying for the expedited shipping. We never had the option of cancelling the order. By the time they notified us of the shortage of shirts, the order had already been shipped ! We paid $15 dollars to ship ONE $18 shirt. Ridiculous. Oh well live and learn right ! When I contacted them for a possible reimbursement they said it was not their policy to refund shipping costs. Nice ! Make sure this company has it in stock BEFORE you order or you may not get what you asked for. NOT COOL ! Customer Rating: Summary: Poor quality item and customer service Comment: I was sent two pilot shirts that were ill fitting so I sent them back. They informed me that because they were washed once that they cannot refund or replace the items. These people are not interested in recommendations or repeat customers. Bad business!
I would understand if I had done this two or three times but that was not the case. Customer Rating: Summary: Good pilot shirt Comment: I bought this shirt as a uniform for work. I am a flight instructor at the University of North Dakota. UND had other shirts for sale (made by Edwards). I decided to buy Van Heusen shirts instead. The "Pilot" series shirts are almost exactly like the US Air Force dress uniform (which is why I chose this one). The material used here is soft. The epaulettes are large. Other instructors noted the better quality and asked where I bought them from. I bought both the tapered short sleeve and "regular" short sleeve. I'm not exactly sure what the differences are. They seem to be the same cut to me. My only wish for this shirt is a longer tail. Customer Rating: Summary: Great value for the money Comment: Wash in the sink, drip dry and wear, wrinkles no problem. Quality material, cut, and stiching. Collar treatment a must. Could use a dirt resistant treatment for the collar.
