Summary: love it, love it, love it
Comment: I mean, it doesn't make my old, weathered, beaten up hands from years of gardening, nursing, and other things that destroy skin, look young and healthy. But it does a better job than most of the products I've used for my hands. At least my hands don't feel dry 30 minutes after putting it on, which some products, even expensive ones, can do.
I'm still waiting for the perfect hand creme, that can stand up to hands like mine. But not holding my breath, if you know what I mean. ;)

Comment: This hand cream is so good I could eat it. I have very dry skin and rely on moisturizing products throughout the fall and winter months. This is one of my favorites of all time. Philosophy's Handmade hand cream is creamy, smooth and smells like lemon poppy muffins! I get a moisturizing lift AND a boost to my mood whenever I use it. Because I have a sensitive nose I really dislike many of the perfume-y moisturizers on the market. This product has a pleasing, natural scent that will linger through your day. A little greasy at first, it quickly absorbs into your skin to do its magic.
You will not be disappointed...great gift.

Summary: Awsome hand cream!
Comment: I will admit, I am a Eucerin/Aquaphor fanatic. I am a nurse, and wash my hands repeatedly throughout the day. I need a hand cream with substance. I don't want to put on lotion and five minutes later not know I did it. That was why I loved Eucerin/Aquaphor so much. The only drawback to them was that I left grease spots everywhere I touched.
Handmade is perfect for work. It is thick enough so that you feel it, but not so greasy. The scent is unbelievable, lemon custard. I swear it lifts my mood when I use it. And, I get people telling me that I smell good. Also, since I work with cancer patients, we shouldn't wear anything with a strong scent. This scent is subtle, not overpowering at all.
I love it, and I have a jar in my desk drawer at the nurse's station. I will never completely give up my Eucerin/Aquaphor, but I will use this too, especially at work.

Summary: Pricey, But Worth It....
Comment: I bought a tiny 1oz tube of handmade to go from Sephora for the high price of $15 CDN. When I got it in the mail and realized how small it is, I felt foolish. That was until I tried it. The scent is soooo delicious like a fresh lemon meringue pie. It makes my mouth water thinking about it. I work as a room attendant at a hotel and my hands are constantly cracking and bleeding from the constant barrage of chemicals, water, and abrasion. I could see an immediate difference the moment I smoothed it onto my hands. The instructions say to apply liberally, but I found a little bit goes a long way. Before I bought this I had read some derogatory reviews of it on other websites, but I can't understand why. I think this is one of the best hand lotions I've ever tried and definately the best smelling. I can still smell it and I put it on half an hour ago and have washed my hands since. If your hands are dry and tired like mine then splurge a little on this one it's definately worth it.
