Although I only weight 123 lbs. and wear a size 4, the skin problems persist. So, I bought these pants and got them in 5 days ago. Wow! The swelling has gone down significantly, the wrinkling has improved, and the overall tone is so much better. As an added benefit, the saddlebags on my thighs that I have always had a problem with are dimishing as well. I couldn't be more thrilled. I should tell you, though - I wear these ALL the time. I don't think once or twice a week for a little while would do the trick. I work out at least an hour a day wearing these pants, I wear them when I am doing stuff around the house, and I wear them to bed - my husband thinks it's funny. The good thing is - they are made of really durable fabric - you can wear them like crazy, no problem. All in all, fabulous - they fit perfectly too ( I got the small size).
