I used to have oily eyelids but not so much anymore so I thought I would be safe with a liner pencil. This ran within the first 45 minutes I had it on. I used a good powder to seal it too. I grabbed the shade of Bourbon, which is basically brown, and I love it so far. I find that it doesnt smudge very easily, i mean anyone can take thier finger and make something come off with enough pressure. the trick is to put in on and leave it alone.
