Customer Rating: Summary: comfortable travel companion Comment: I purchased this pillow after reading positive reviews...and I agree that it's a great product. You can inflate it with only a few breaths and deflate it with the simple push of well-designed valve. I was impressed with how quickly and easily this could be done. The outer covering is soft and smooths out the sharp edges typical of inflatables. The covering is also designed so that you can neatly tuck the deflated pillow into itself for storage. My only qualm is that it's not as compact as I'd like...but I'll sacrifice that for comfort. Inflatable is definitely the way to go, as you can adjust the pillow to your comfort level. It worked well on my 19 hour flight out and my 35 hour trip home. However, it sprung a leak at the end of the return flight. Luckily, I read the other customer reviews and had bought 2 ;) The comfort is well worth the price. When you're dealing with jetlag who wants the added discomfort of neck pain! Definitely worth it!!!
