Customer Rating: Summary: Poor Strap System Comment: I owned my Terra Fi sandals for less than one year and wore them about 2 dozen times total before the strap holder at the rear of both sandals broke on both the inside and outside of the sandals. I have returned the sandals to be evaluated in an effort to get credit. I spoke with customer support and was told that if there is a defect I will be reimbursed for the shipping cost incurred returning the item. Teva sounds very interested in having satisfied customers and I have owned a pair of Terradactyls for 8 years that are still in great condition. I will look to replace these with a pair of Karnali Wraptors.
