Summary: love this multi
Comment: This multi is great. This multi cause no upset stomachs like others that i took. The best part is that you only have to take one for the day, again unlike others where you have to take a packet of 3 or more. Since taking these I found that I am more alert and have more energy. Just wish there was a bit more calcium though. You can only cram so much in so little.
