Summary: At least it's small and comfortable
Comment: I think I paid about $60 for mine. Didn't want to spend $100 or so for a top of the line Bluetooth headset; this was my first one. Aside from the comments others have made about the charger, it's really difficult to get it turned off properly. The manual says to hit the button for 6-8 seconds until the indicator light turns red or until you hear a beep. Okay- done...and my phone tells me it's no longer connected. But then the next time I went to use it a couple of days later, it was dead. Seems that when you follow those instructions, it's off, but it's not really off. The blue light still flashes every few seconds, running the battery down. So, you have to keep messing with the button trying to find precisely the right combination and timing of button-pushing so that it turns off completely, and doesn't turn itself back on again. You have to check to make sure the blue light is no longer flashing so that it really is off. When I'm talking on it, I'm told that I sound really far away, although I can hear just fine. I'm also told that minor little background noises (opening a bag of potatoe chips for example) are really amplified to the person you're speaking with. You do get three different sized rubber earpieces, so you should find a comfortable fit, however the earpiece is designed to come off when you rotate it to a certain postition. That position is extremely close to the position that you would use when it's in your ear, so the earpiece will sometimes come off when you don't want it to. Looks like the price has come down now, so if you just want a cheap Bluetooth headset to leave in your car, and you don't plan to use it much, it may be okay. If you're someone who spends a lot of time using one, however, you'll want to keep shopping.

Summary: Can you hear me now....
Comment: This is a very small ear piece device... but agian i'm a very small person! It sounds great and works great. I was skeptical at first but it turns out this small device is very good. Can very easily be lost so you have to hold on to it tight. I bought a pouch to put it in and it's great!

Summary: Easy to use
Comment: Light weight, good battery life, can't even notice you're wearing it. Tons of acceries and no need to carry and extra charger when you can also use the portable battery powered charger.

Summary: It's okay, but I've had better
Comment: This headset is okay, but the Plantronics Discovery 640 is better, mainly in the sense that it gives you approximately an extra 1 1/2 hours talk time over the 645... thus the cheaper price for this one.
I have used this one with 2 different phones now (also 2 different phone companies), and I can tell you that with the Samsung u520, pretty much all the headset could do was to answer and end calls. (MetroPcs)
However, on the Motorola Razr V3m, all bluetooth capabilities work very well. (Verizon Wireless).
The volume on the Razr is quite loud and is heard easily in the car, compared to the Samsung phone, which didn't emit enough volume for me to use in the car. If you're not convinced that the phones make the difference in volume vs. the headset itself, try pairing and connecting the headset with other phones and you'll see the difference.
They also give you 3 different sized silicone ear pieces, which help to keep the headset in place comfortably, and I think provide easier listening to the person you're talking to, as opposed to most headsets that simply sit on top of the ear where a lot of volume can be lost.
It also comes with an "on-the-go" charger (as I like to call it) which uses a AAA battery, which is included with the kit. It's great for when you can't get to an outlet to plug in the charger. A single battery should charge it up to 3 times fully. Not too bad.
Plus, you are given 4 (?) maybe 5 adapters to be able to charge your headset on your phone's charger. Haven't ever gotten that in a headset before. It does not include an adaptor for Samsung, and I just haven't looked yet to see if it includes one for the Razr I now have.
Overall, it is a good headset, although not fully capable on all phones. I have found out the phone companies choose the bluetooth capability they want their phones to have, so it may have just been the MetroPcs that didn't allow full use of the headset.
So would I buy it again? Yes, but only if the 640 was not available.
