Customer Rating: Summary: What a wonderful shoe Comment: I was very frustrated trying to find the opening in order to be able to change the side color. You may want to inclue some instruction. I called your number and 2 diferent techs had no idea how the inserts worked. Finally I took the shoes to a Footlocker and a employee there was able to help me.
Also, I returned one pair of the shoes and the credit has not turned up on my Mastercard. Please look into this matter.
