Gullah Gourmet - Aunt Maggie's Sweet Corn Bread - from Gullah Gourmet. Put da mix in a bowl, an add 'bout a half cup wadda. A little more if ya need 'em, mix'em up real good and cook. Dey's da best cornbreads ya ever did have, dey's light 'an jus sweet enuf, lus like Aunt Maggie. A delicious bread for any meal. A little information on nutrition: If you combine two types of incomplete proteins, they can become complementary to each other, creating a complete protein in the process. For years the Southern diet has contained a combination of vegetables and cornbread. An excellent combination is cornbread and beans to gain the advantages of both.

Comment: This is an excellent product. The directions were simple and easy to follow. The finished product was delicious. I made muffins which my guests raved about. The taste was excellent - like homemade. Consistency was good.
