Comment: Terrible.
750GB WD in it, runs 20 minutes, then too hot and can't be recognized. Only an archive drive, but sometimes takes days to get all my data on, when only saving 20-50GB.
Called company, barely spoke English, their solution was to just mail out another one. Good on one level, but the product is fundamentally defective in terms of heat transfer.
Buy something else.

Comment: This enclosure worked like a charm. 5 minutes from opening the box the hard drive out of our corrupted desktop PC was working like a thumb drive when plugged into a laptop.
