Comment: I bought two of these last year...and promptly bought two more and passed along all of my other sheets to Goodwill Industries. The Vollrath will spoil you--doesn't warp; cookies don't stick; and they have just the right amount of goldeness. The best!

Comment: I decided to purchase this cookie sheet based on a Cook's Illustrated review. When I received my cookie sheet, I was AMAZED to see how thick and heavy-duty it was! It is perfectly straight, and the size is wonderful also -- I used this one cookie sheet to bake some pastries where I used to have to use 2 of my older cookies sheets because of their smaller size. Highly recommended.

Summary: No more burnt cookies
Comment: I purchased this after reading a review in Cooks Illustrated. I had been burning cookies badly and after switching to the Vollrath cookie sheet with a sheet of parchment paper, no more burnt cookies. The sheet is sturdy and does not warp. The lack of sides on two edges makes it easy to slid the cookies off of the sheet to a cooling rack, sweet.

Comment: I heard about this from Cooks Illustrated, and it is worth every penny. I have had it for a few months, and it still looks brand new. No warping, even heat and browning, and easy to keep clean. A great gift for any baker.
