Customer Rating: Summary: Does its job Comment: This little stepper is fine, though it's not stupendous. Frankly, all I wanted was a step stool so I could step up and step down repeatedly while I watched TV -- ultra simple exercise. It's fine for that, although the step stool I was previously using was an inch or two higher, and was the perfect height. This is ever so slightly too low (on the low setting) for me. And the "high" setting is a bit high in terms of being hard on the knees. I have not been using it with the DVD....
Customer Rating: Summary: Diana, passionate about keeping fit Comment: I loved the firm workout. The stair-step is incredible the way it targets the legs and back-end. There are 3-in-1 DVD workouts available, so it is a real bargain. I have not done all three workouts yet, but intend to. I have done the body sculpting workout and truely loved it! Very effective all over body sculpting. I felt it and my muscles responded. It's promise delivers, try 10 workouts and see. Highly recommend the product!
Customer Rating: Summary: AWSOME!!! Comment: The firm is a great work out for the home. It does work all the muscles if you target them correctly. A little hard work and you will see results.
Customer Rating: Summary: The Firm Comment: Intense work out video.
My cardio is usually walking, treadmill and stationary bike, so I thought this would be a fun way to mix things up while getting the benefit of strength training.
As someone who has never taken an aerobics class, I found the pace too quick for a beginner, and the sessions too long. The instructor you should follow for beginner level is rarely in view during each workout.
The only result I have obtained is lots of frustration.
If your experienced and can pick up easily you will probably love this series.
Customer Rating: Summary: Effective, motivating workout Comment: I enjoy the aerobics and weights classes at my gym more than working out without an instructor. I bought this system because I didn't want to continue to spend on gym classes. The cardio and body sculpt workouts are very similar to my gym workouts, although about 10 minutes shorter. However, they work-- I can feel the difference in my energy levels and strength after about 8 workouts. I have also lost nearly an inch off my waist.
I do have some complaints-- the ab workout video isn't very challenging. The warmup is too long and overall, it feels about 2-3 exercises too short. I pause the video in places and do an extra set or two of the exercises. The other two workouts are moderately challenging. All the workouts are enjoyable. The fanny lifter serves its purpose-- I feel comfortable using it. I'd like to find more workouts that use the fanny lifter. Any suggestions?
