Customer Rating: Summary: I Like IT Comment: I myself have had 2 of the Cardo Scala earbuds (a 500 & a 600). The small size makes both of the earbuds easy to use & I have enjoyed both of them. When my husband needed an earbud, he asked me to get him the 600. Since then, we have purchased more 600's for some of our friends who have been very satisfied with them. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an earbud to comply with the new laws.
Customer Rating: Summary: Just OK Comment: The price was right but it doesn't fit very well and the on/off controls are a pain in the you know where. If it's an occasional use thing then I would buy it but if you want to use it all the time and look like a robot, spend a few bucks more and get a better one.
Customer Rating: Summary: Poor reception.....bad product Comment: The range of this headset is terrible. I cannot even put my Razr in my pants pocket and use the headset without terrible static. I am very dissapointed, and do not even use the headset anymore.
Customer Rating: Summary: Never got it!!!!! RATE IT ZERO!!!! Comment: I never received this order. I complained and received a replacement order that was defective. I returned the defective order requesting a refund. I was refundes $0.00 because the packing slip with the replacement order said $0.00. I emailed back and said I was owed $44.10 for the original order that was never received and I have'nt heard anything else, yet.
I WANT MY REFUND SO THAT I CAN PURCHASE A DIFFERENT PRODUCT TO REPLACE THE ORIGINAL ORDER THAT I NEVER RECEIVED!!!!
YOU ARE TYING UP MY MONEY!!!!
Customer Rating: Summary: bought the wrong one Comment: I bought this to replace my Scala-700, which lasted about a year. I purchased the 700 specifically for the VersaClip feature of being able to clip it onto my glasses rather than using the ear clip, however, even though it APPEARS to have the same capability (the hole is in the same place), the hole is not the same size on the 600 and is therefore incompatible with the VersaClip. Fortunately, I wasted less than $25, including shipping charges.
