Comment: Excelente, mejor de lo que esperaba. Las sesiones de nado en la piscina dejaron de ser aburridas. Es facilisimo trabajar con el software, cargar las canciones y recargar la bateria. La carga dura bastante, mis ssiones son de aprox. 1 1/2 hr y puedo nadar hasta 3 o 4 sesiones sin tener que recargar. Todo un exito!

Summary: Great product! finally motivation for lap swimming
Comment: I really love this product. I was looking for a way to motivate myself to swim everyday and this has made it much more fun and takes the monotony out of lap swimming. I forget to count the lanes but I also dont focus on being tired so I actually swim harder and longer. The sound is great for an aquatic device (best underwater). I suggest earplugs if you want to listen to audio books or news podcasts because water sounds are distracting and sound level/quality changes as water leaves and enters the ear canal (so if you do a stroke where your whole head leaves and enters the water this can be distracting-but earplugs fix it).. I find it works best if put over the ears rather than on the mastoid tip or cheek bones as suggested in the instructions. THe speakers are much more comfortable than standard aquatic audio players that come with earplug speakers and SwiMP3 has the advantage that it stays in place. I find earplug speakers tend to come out with fast flipturns..requiring constant fiddling.. The only complaint I have is that the cap to the USB connector is really difficult to remove (maybe it will losen up over time).. it would have been better if it had some finger grips to allow you more leverage to take it off. Also, despite the tight seal it still seems to get water inside the cap but it doesnt seem to affect functioning so far (I suggest drying it out after use). The storage is limited but I like frequently updating the music and pod casts on mine while it is charging on the USB drive. Very cool gadget!

Comment: The review written by the swimming fanatic (entitled A swimmer's opinion of the SwimP3, January 11, 2007) is for the previous 128 MB version of this device. The current 256 MB version of this device does not come with the goggles. You need to buy the goggle separately.
