I've wasted the money for the product and its very high shipping cost for something I'm just going to donate. Look elsewhere if you want something safer from which to drink. It worked fine for the first 6 months or so, but after being in storage for the summer months, it developed tiny cracks all over. It was just sitting in a kitchen cabinet. If I squeeze it slightly, I hear cracking noises, which leads me to believe that the thermos is not very stable, and possibly now dangerous to use because of the plastic chemicals leaching out.
