Summary: It's what the doctor ordered!
Comment: I had a neck injury and I was suffering using just a regular pillow. The doc suggested this and I've been using it ever since. It supports your neck nicely while letting you use your regular pillow. Just slipped it in the pillowcase as per the instructions and I finally got a good night's sleep. True, it took a day or so to get used to it at first but the relief was quick and I can't sleep without it now. I travel with one whenever I go away. Definitely a great product and much cheaper here than paying what the therapist wanted to charge for the same thing. I tried one of those expensive fancier pillows and support contraptions and went right back to this one.

Comment: McKenzie® Cervical Roll Neck Support If anything the McKenzie roll was a bit too firm. But it is supposed to provide the natural curvature for the neck, relieve pressure on the discs, and can be slipped inside your standard pillow. I am going to order a second one to use when I'm in my recliner watching TV. A very good buy.
