The seller charged an improper amount of sales tax and was non-responsive to an email to that effect, but there wasn't enough money involved to justify a followup. The collar stays come in a nice sturdy plastic box for storage. You need to remove them before sending the shirt to the laundry but they do not get mangled the way plastic stays do.
