Summary: Not as good as it looks
Comment: Doesn't pick up well using it's own antenna for analog nor digital broadcasts in my area where rabbit ears work fine. Using the cable connection, picture is fuzzy and intermittent. Only kept because of travel needs.

Comment: The Hauppauge 1139 Win-TV-HVR-950 Hybrid TV Stick External TV Tuner/Video Recorder is absolutley a neat gadget for any laptop enthusiast. I had my doubts about how well it would work, but it works great. I wanted to use it in conjunction with Windows Media Center (instead of the included software). If this is what you want to do, you must go to the Hauppauge website and download an additional driver. Now I can watch TV on my laptop! It does exactly what it should do!
