This heavy bag stand is made from sturdy 2 3/8" steel tubing and includes screw-down plates for solid floor mounting. The rack also includes a 24" wooden speed bag platform and has a unique shortened base to provide unrestricted movement and space when using the speed bag. The speed bag platform is also easily adjusted with the quick slide lock and pin system. There is also a foam padded sit up bar located at the base. This heavy bag stand provides for a variety of needs and is built solidly enough to withstand the rigors of intense everyday use.

Customer Rating: Summary: Do yourself a favor, Comment: Look at one in store before buying this junk. I made the mistake of buying this without seeing it fully setup. There are a lot of flaws that make not just these, but nearly all TKO stands unusable.
1) Adjustable height - even at highest setting, it's still not high enough--especially on heavy bags where the weight is concentrated at the bottom. You're basically limited to uppercuts, unless you want to punch while sitting down. Even taking off the chain links isn't adequate.
2) Stability - If you hit hard, this thing will shake and make noise as it gets older. You can try adding the weights as suggested, but you shouldn't have to modify something that should work right out of the box.
3) Design - Not for kicking. You will hit the support legs on the way down a lot of times. It's actually pretty dangerous if used for that purpose as a number of things can happen.
Conclusion: I do not recommend TKO stands at all. The design is flawed, and it's more trouble than it's worth.
Customer Rating: Summary: Awesome deal, quality product. Comment: Bought one about a month ago and couldn't be happier with this choice for a combo bag training stand. The heavy bag end is awesome. The tubing is burley enough to support not only a 100lb. bag, but 220 lb. me at the same time and not flex one bit. The bag bottom tie-downs are in a good location, not too far forward or backward of the bag's top center. The speed bag end works well with a 10x7 on the supplied swivel, otherwise if you prefer smaller or bigger pick up a new swivel for smoother action. Lastly, GET SOME WIGHT! as in four 25lb. plates, times three. The stand has three weight studs to provide more stability when getting out your aggressions. I recommend 25lb plates because if you have a decently wide stance or want to do some angle work, 35 and 40lb. plates make a much smaller footprint to maneuver in. All in all, I feel good about the deal I got on this thing for the durability alone. That's what I wanted, that's what I got. Oh, the paint job is nice too.
