I just got the size that I wear for the Motherhood Maternity bras, but this one was a little tight. I assume that means that the Medela bras fit a little small. Also, there is an edging around the bra that looks very nice, but leaves marks in your skin after wearing the bra. I guess I was just spoiled with the Motherhood Maternity sleep bras (which are much cheaper and much more comfortable) so compared to them, this bra was just a big disappointment.
